“UPDATE
Although the original experience still happened, management reached out to me and worked to resolve my concern. This is what I expect from a business, so I increased my rating because they put in the effort.
I have used this place a lot traveling between Idaho and Utah for the past several years, it has gone down hill. Let's keep this short (You should read the whole review) ....
We were on our way back from a "delightful" holiday weekend with family in eastern Idaho. Around Brigham City, at cruising speeds on the I15 it was declared, by someone that they were hungry. I really wanted to just get home but apparently kids get really noisy when they are deprived of phones and fast food. Also, I knew a bathroom break was inevitable in the next two hours, but had I driven far enough to get away with just one bathroom break, that is always the road trip dilemma. Oh yeah, Food! I succumbed and opened up the McDonalds App. I knew we were getting close to a known stop on this trek and counted on it to solve my problems. I quickly put in an order, asked nobody in the car what they actually wanted because it is McDonalds and they just eat whatever shows up and its way faster for me to guess, and later lie about something not being available.
Finally, we arrived, I told everyone to go quick, use the bathroom, don't touch anything, especially in the bathroom, grab the food and go. In no time we were back on the freeway. This was the point where we realized that there were no sauces for the nuggets. Great! "Oh well," I sighed! "Just eat them the way the pioneers would eat them, sauceless!" I mean seriously, what would they dip them in, ketchup, Savages!. Then I heard, "They are mushy". Yeah, they were pretty bad. At this point we quit playing pioneer, times aren't that bad and food poisoning makes a bad night for everyone.
So yeah, they were mushy, cold, very lightly colored, and clearly only spent enough time in the fryer to defrost and become an oil sponge. We had to chuck them.
Out of principle, and anger that my kids were now disappointed in lunch, and in me, and as a father I had failed them by not securing the edible level of McDonalds food they are used to, I started on a quest to get my money back.
Turns out this is not easy. Everything suggests you have to call the store, and since I'm like most people born in the last 50 years I didn't want to talk to anyone, but I did it anyway, because the cosmic balance demanded it of me. The McDonalds employee who answered the phone told me to use the support feature on the app to get my money back, so apparently they didn't want to talk to me either because there was no way to use the app to do this and it did end the conversation quick, because it seemed reasonable, and I didn't really want to talk with anyone that long about a McDonalds refund. So yeah, the app can't get your money back, you can submit a ticket, about the app, but I'm pretty sure I have to track down a support form and submit it on their website, and heaven knows it's going to the McDonalds AI Agent to most likely automate deleting it, so yeah, good luck to me.
I know what you are thinking, so I will declare it as the moral of this story. Check your food before you leave the store, even if all you want to do is get home. But don't just count items, now you have to make sure they are cooked, or at least look that way.“

“I am a frequent visitor of the fast food restaurants in this area, as I work pretty close. The people working here are by far my favorite people. They're personable, fast, and the only time I have ever had a problem with my order the manager Jake had it fixed within seconds. I didn't even like Arby's before I started going here.“

“It's Taco Bell. I honestly hate that there is no interaction with the employees and it's all done from a screen. Personally I'm not a big fan of that but as far as it goes the service of the employees is great the food is Taco Bell and the atmosphere is Taco Bell.“

“The owner is the definitive of a modern Scrooge. Limited support with an overwhelming rush of patrons tonight. The restaurant this Christmas is one of few places open. The employees are working their tales off with smiles as people pour in and wait in line for their food. The crew is awesome to watch.“

“Overall a good fast food restaurant. The food is decent for the price and even better if you use their coupons or app. The service has been great every time I've stopped for a fast bite to eat. The restaurant is usually kept fairly clean as well.“
