Moving from Idaho and Menudo being one of my favorite meals to eat. I went today for the first time and they had it, and let me tell you. It was hands down one of the BEST menudos I’ve ever had. Their adobada tacos were so good, the salsa was so flavorful. Their drinks they had today were AMAZING. We will definitely be regulars there!! Best tacos we’ve ever had! We stopped here, taking a chance on a place that sells food out of their garage. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! We got the tacos de birria with the consume, pork, steak and barbacoa tacos, and the cheese enchilada plate. Everything was so delicious! The owners are so sweet, they helped with our kids, set up a table and even cleaned up after us (they didn’t have the tables out because it was cold). We will be stopping here on our drive back!
Holy cow! Stopped by on the way home from St. George. The chorizo and the asada were amazing, the corn tortillas didn't crumble away. That green salsa blew me away, everything was so flavorful and well done. That's a new must stop for me every St George trip from now on.
