Michelle our waitress was so kind and sweet but was being yelled at by a very mean cook who was seemingly drunk. He yelled at her as he clocked out of his shift after complaining very loudly the entire time he was cooking. He proceeded to yell at her as he was walking out and even though she was visibly upset he gave her an unwarranted hug. Hope he gets fired, Michelle deserves a raise.
This is a treasure! The atmosphere is old cafe style, 45's hanging from ceiling, oldies playing in the background. Everything about it was quaint! Loved it! The food was delicious! Their fresh cut fries are indeed that--Fresh! Served with fry sauce. I had their special for the day--fish sandwich with fresh cut fries. It was a nice size! So much that I had to use a fork and knife. Which is not a problem! My husband had the Malibu chicken sandwich and had it devoured right away....read full review

We showed up early, just after 9 AM, a couple out-of-towners passing through after spending the night at a local RV park and looking for coffee and grub before hitting the road. We didn't realize this isn't really a breakfast joint, it's more like a lunch spot with some brunch options. The staff was so friendly though, they literally said "we're not quite open but we hate to turn you away," and the cook asked us what we'd like, off the menu, and said he'd make it for us.
