El Charro Loco in Green River offers fresh and delicious Mexican food that has impressed many visitors. Known for dishes like nachos, fajita salad, and enchiladas supreme, it stands out as a favorite for both locals and travelers. The dining area is very clean with mostly booths and tile flooring. Servers were welcoming, kind and attentive. The green enchiladas and steak fajitas were absolutely delicious, and the green sauce had an excellent depth of flavor. Definitely request the spicy salsa which isn't overly spicy and has great flavors. The food was good, and some of the best Mexican food in a long time. Homemade salsa & chips! The guacamole was amazing! The mixed chicken and steak fajitas were sooooo good. The onion and peppers were cooked to perfection and they weren't scrimpy with portion size. The carnita tacos were 10/10 and the quesillo was also delicious. The portions were generous, and the presentation of the meal was far superior to what the family could have ever imagined. The holiday decorations were a beautiful touch.
