“A coffee break shop on the way from Salt Lake City to Arches National Park. Packed breakfast from this place to have it on the go. Food is awesome and service is wonderful. Restrooms are clean. One has to take a detour from the Highway to catch this place.“

“Terrific! We hadn't seen a Blimpie's in years! They didn't have the delicious seafood sandwich they had years ago. But they have a large menu. There were 6 of us, so it took a bit of time for the sandwiches to be made. But they slice the meat to order & only one employee at the time. The bread was so good! So much better than Subway, so much better! Everyone was super happy with their sandwiches. I recommend the Hoboken.“
