I ordered a marinated beef burrito from the outdoor taco truck. Rice and beef were fresh, and the tortilla was perfectly moist, toasted, and fresh. Come to find out they buy the tortillas from town's tortilla factory one hour away, but get a custom order whereby the tortilla is slightly undercooked and toasted to perfection onsite at the taco truck. Salsa bar didn't have lots of items, but the three salsa choices and pickled peppers and onion-cilantro mix were fresh...
There is fee if you choose to use credit card, they also charge tax if you pay by cash. It’s on the way to the national park so it slightly higher price than a random mex food truck in SLC. The service could be slow.
First time here based on my wife’s recommendation and boy was I pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! I had 3 tacos (Al Pastor, Barbacoa, and Asada) and they were deliciously flavorful. The salsa, chopped onions and cilantro, and the pickled jalapeños and carrots were super fresh. 100% recommend. Definitely stopping here for food whenever I’m in the area or enroute to Moab.
