The food was very good. Lucky that we found this place when we stopped at green river. Friendly staff. Enchiladas comes with mole sauce. It might feel little different but we got used to quickly and liked the overall taste.
This is a taco truck at a former gas station. There are bathrooms here, inside the building, and they are clean. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating here. The food is delicious, and prepared quickly. The service is straightforward. There is a salsa bar with everything you need, inside the building. We would absolutely come here again.

Looking for lunch as we headed from Moab to Salt Lake, we hit Green River at the perfect time. My Huevos Mexicana were terrific, made even better by adding some chorizo from the well-stuffed chorizo taco I ordered on the side. My buddy had the largest and most delicious carnival burrito I've ever tasted. And the salsas on the salsa bar were all delicious.
