we came in with a party of 4 and a baby on a busy night, and we noticed just one server named John taking on everything and everyone. he was very kind and told us he would clear a table for us soon. he sat us by the window with the most beautiful view! Love this place! Was visiting Hatch for the bryce ultra marathon and despite the rush over the weekend, the service was amazing and super attentive. The food did not fall short either. Highly recommend the cowgirl bison burger and chicken wrap.
This place is really a great find out, especially with how far off the beaten path it would seem to be. The courtesy and customer service make you feel welcome and that even with a wait, you will still be attended to and the food is excellent. Simple, filling snd satisfying.

The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The food is cooked perfectly and portions are generous. The diner is a great place to visit, whether stopping in after a day of hiking in Bryce Canyon or just passing through town. The staff accommodates large parties seamlessly, making it a great spot for groups. Red Dirt Diner is a lovely place to eat, with great food and service, making it a must-visit when in the area.
