“Pretty happy that there is a coco here in Utah! We've been to the branches in Korea and Philippines and they were awesome! My go to deliver is a jasmine milk tea with boba. Their boba is okay, sometimes it's a good and sometimes it's under cooked but the drink itself is pretty good. Ambiance to this place is awesome and doesn't seem as cluttered compared to other boba shops. Service is awesome, the people here are always friendly and happy to serve. Would recommend this place to anyone“

“Finally get to try this bubble tea spot in the US, i’ve had them when in taiwan but excited they opened up one here in US. We got the passion fruit green tea and orange oolong, both are yummy! don’t forget the toppings! we got grass jelly and konjac respectively.“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“Drive thru service is always quick and servers are always knowledgeable about the drinks. Today I saw the summer menu gone and replaced by new fall drinks. The server told ke she had tried them all and was able to give me her take on everything and why the Cinnamon water was better with flat vs bubbly sparkling water. I took her recommendation and the drink was SO GOOD!!! Cant wait to come back for another!“

Their boba is really good, but I cant give it 5 stars since I been to a better boba shop in Utah before so I would say this is the second best boba place in utah for me 😅
They got multiple games to spend time in the establishment and overall I think is the best option to go to if you’re around the area.“

“You guys… I cannot even tell you how long I have been wishing and waiting for Swig to hop on the gluten free cookie train. They are my go to drink spot but I never felt like I could enjoy a little treat with my kids until last week when I was able to get a gluten free s’mores cookie. It was amazing! My go to drink is the strawberry breeze (must try!)

“Their boba pearls have brown sugar syrup!
I have went to so many boba places in Utah and this is the only one that their boba actually has brown sugar syrup, their boba pearls are also super soft!
They have a lot of games compare to other boba shops and the place seems pretty clean too.
They don’t really have that many boba flavor compared to other places, I will say the boba is super sweet so I do recommend lowering the sugar level, but overall it’s a nice place to stop by if you’re around that area.“

“Absolutely loved my drink, i got the super trooper with passion fruit popping pearls and i cannot recommend it enough! The cookies are amazing too, i love finding new places to get a good drink and snack! The worker that helped me, Michael, sweet boy really, he had no issues going over the menu with me... Could not recommend the place enough 😀“

“I never leave reviews but I wanted to because the girls in there were seriously so sweet!! The girl who took my order complimented my pin that I had on my lanyard (I thought she was talking about my jacket at first but she wasn’t I just have bad hearing haha). I thought that was super sweet, and then I was given a little sticky note with a drawing of a fish in a suit underneath my boxed orders once again saying she liked my pin 💗
I know this is long but overall the worker there were very sweet, give both those girls raises 🙌🙌“

“I just did a regular swig stop today and thought I'd leave a nice review because the girl that helped me was so so nice and she gave the best service despite it being one of her first few shifts! She was so sweet and gave me great recommendations when I couldn't decide what to order. 10/10 recommend coming here for good service!!!“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“This ice cream and boba shop is amazing! The drinks are super refreshing, and the ice cream is rich and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. On top of that, the service was outstanding , Sara was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again“

“What started as a boba obsession turned into one of our favorite take out place in UT. We ordered DoorDash one night and fell in love so much we went and picked it up the next night. The chicken fried rice is the kind you search for until you find THE one. The boba isn’t too sweet and they give the right amount of boba. Everyone who works there greets you as they are really happy to see you. We love Hi-Tea!“
