I was a bit timid to call and ask knowing that this request could throw off the flow of things at the business, and why should they give my order any special attention? I wouldn't have been surprised if the employee on the phone gave a big sigh when I asked. Much to my amazement, Row answered the phone, heard my request and got right to work! "Bro, what order is that!? I need Josh's order now!" she began to jokingly ask her associates. She found my order, gave the instructions, and made sure I was 100% satisfied. She could have said 'sorry, we don't take special request' but she didn't and that made all the difference! I really appreciate Row and team being willing to allow for this interruption and help make my hard day a bit better!“

“I came here after being shocked by another nearby Hawaiian restaurants price increase. I could hardly believe the amount of food that came in the 2 meat option for under $14 here. I got the katsu and island fire chicken. Both were delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was good. I’ll be back to try more soon.“
