We've been going to this KFC weekly and today when we showed up again the sweet young man that is a manager there greeted us with our usual order and already had our cups of ice water waiting for us. Just the thought that he remembered but actually had it all ready was so very kind! Great customer service and a nice KFC! We need more kindness like this in our world today! Thank you for making our day.
If you are craving KFC definitely drive out to this location in Herriman. One of the cleanest I’ve been into in a very long time.

I’m giving 5 stars because the service to day was fantastic. We made an online pickup order, upon arriving home we were missing a chicken sandwich (we should have checked before leaving). I called down and they offered to make it right and replace it. When I got there, they made me a new sandwich AND gave me a combo meal for free. I really appreciate the effort to remedy the situation.
