Haven’t come here in awhile and took the risk to try it again. Same thing AGAIN. No one speaks English so they can’t understand the order. Order wrong again. Parked my order and gave me old burger and old fries. Forgot to give me my drink then brought it out later. Called to complain and manager barely understood English also. McDonald’s close by was slammed with customers and nobody is here because of what I just wrote. Not risking it again stay away .
This particular Wendy’s has horrible wait times for food. It seems like they’re bypassing their own automated systems for calculating drive through wait times by completing the sale of the food and having the car pull forward, even when there nobody behind you, to wait for 15-20 minutes for your food. It’s happened to me several times and I’ve never gone back because it hasn’t improved.
