After several very disappointing experiences lately, I was in a pinch and this Wendy’s was the easiest option for grabbing dinner for my family and I on my way home. The last few time I have been to this location, the female that takes orders in the drive through has been very short, more than verging on rude. It’s now gotten to the point where it’s not worth coming here because it takes so long. They literally take an order, make the order, sell the order before taking the next order. You will sit there and sit there waiting for anyone to communicate. I saw many people drive away, almost did so myself.
It’s time to bring in some new people. Seriously.
