Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican offers the same great food that customers have come to know and love, but with some issues in service and cleanliness. The restaurant has been described as a little dirty, with staff who may struggle with English proficiency. Customers have experienced issues with incorrect orders, especially when ordering through delivery services. Despite these concerns, the food, including the burritos, is still praised as delicious. The restaurant also provides catering that is easy to order online, with plenty of food and helpful staff who assist with carry-out. The atmosphere can be slow at times, and the store could be cleaner, but the overall experience remains positive thanks to tasty food and friendly service. Parking is ample in the shopping area, and there are lots of options for kids, making it a good choice for families.
