“Tonight I had the best customer service of my life and I owe it all to Austin. I placed a mobile order at the store, and when I went to pick it up, I was told that they never received my order. Confused, I looked at my order and it turns out I placed it at a different location in downtown Salt Lake. Now normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, except I was already having a bad day, so this pushed me over the edge. I broke down in tears and Kyle, being such am amazing person, immediately volunteered to replace my order. He ever so graciously, paid for, and handmade my order for me so I could try to have a good rest of my night. I am forever greatfulf for what he did for me tonight. Thank you kyle!!“
