“I’m a regular at Aubergine because first and foremost, the food quality far exceeds most other restaurants, especially in the fast-casual space. They don’t use any refined sugars or inflammatory oils in their food, and you can really taste the difference in the deliciousness of the dishes and and in how you feel afterwards. From bowls, plates, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more, you really can’t go wrong with the wondrous variety of color and flavor that they have. The visible kitchen area is clean and tidy and the workers are attentive and friendly. I wish Aubergine locations were as common as McDonalds across the US.“

“Overall the bowls and salads are good and sometimes great. Chicken is a bit dry but salmon is excellent. Greens are good and they offer good variety. On the healthier side with minimal dressing, fats added etc. Sweet potato bites are excellent and unique along with the complimentary cheese bread with each entree. “Imagine the most amazing server you ever had delivered by cherubs from clouds on high, that would be but a fraction of Braden the most amazing server who was running the bar at Olive Garden. He anticipated our needs with such accuracy that it was almost as if he were prescient, or perhaps just incredibly observant. This man was great and I will never have a server as good as Braden.

Mostly, I wanted to compliment the man at the register, Juan, for his amazing act of kindness towards two tween girls that were being a little bit of a pain/entitled. He had every right to be annoyed. But he was so patient with them and gentle. He took care of them with so much grace and I think it affected these girls because they changed their attitude.

I spoke to him after my meal and thanked him for his loving example, and the inspiration he is for everyone around him. He said that we are paying his salary and that it is his job to take care of the customer. Hello?! Is this the CEO? No. It’s a humble man probably not bringing in a hot salary. I’m astounded by the goodness of this guy!

I hope he knows that people like him are the moral fabric of this country. I’m grateful for our friends that move here from Latin America and bring their culture of love and kindness. So refreshing.

“Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in probably 20+ years. When you're here, you're family. Or you're here because someone else in the family chose it. Either way, you make the most of it. Far from my favorite genre and I try to avoid endless anything, much less breadsticks (which you pay for in the rounded-up entree prices). That said, they run like a well-oiled machine. It happened to be Veterans Day and they had a sign on the door stating dinner was free for veterans, I ordered a double burger, fried and a coke, $23.00 and I expected to pay something cause I upgraded the meal but nope..Free! Greatly appreciated and the burger was awesome, truly a bargain at $13.00 and I’d expect to find that burger for triple the price on the menu at a fancy establishment.
