This facility is in dire need of an external audit. There is no rhyme or reasoning to their pricing and anytime you question it, their answer is "surcharge". You can actually go to the same cashier with the same items within 10 minutes and be billed two different amounts. There have been times when two of us will go to two different cashiers with the same items and the prices are completely different.
