“It pains me to write a bad review because we have had such good food here. But in an effort to keep the same quality of pizza we expect from Lucky Slice, I’m leaving this review. We bought 3 XL pizzas for the Rose Bowl last Monday. They were Pepperoni, The Carnivore and the Herbavore / Veggie. The Herbavore was grossly undercooked, so undercooked you could not pick up the pizza without it sliding off the soggy dough. It was not even editable. Veggie pizza produces a lot of juices so I get may be a little tricky to get cooked correctly. We have never had this problem before and it was a big disappointment for it to be well, really gross pizza. I hope you all can correct this and we can count on you for great pizza in the future.“

The music was great for the environment not to loud to interrupt our conversation. The food was great from the bread to the main course. The Lasagna was amazing recommend it to anyone. “We buy their ranch to take home and use for any other meals all the time! We LOVE IT! I never buy ranch at the grocery store anymore. Their pizza is always fresh and has never been over cooked or hard. We love getting the family deal (two large-half pepperoni half cheese, half combo half Canadian bacon & pineapple)! “Loved the food, as I felt like it was a better pizza. Yeah I know that you have to take it home and cook it. That is frustrating but at least you can eat it warm. You never know if the delivery guy will bring it hot or cold. That part I do have control over.
We got pepperoni and Hawaiian. Probably the best Hawaiian I have eaten in a long time. Both pizzas were "family size" and the kids loved it. That is pretty much what matters😀. With both pizzas it was roughly 40 dollars. I'll let you decide if that is too much.“

“The website is fairly easy to order ( make sure to designate no tip for ordering on line and take out) my location the pizzas are ready in about 30 minutes, I’ve always gotten the correct order no mistakes and the quality is good, my family enjoys it and baking is strait forward and easy. I bake it the last 5 min. off the tray to crisp up the crust a bit. THEY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD REMOVE THE TIP OPTION WHEN ORDERING ONLINE AND PICKING IT UP YOURSELF. I must say that I do hope he doesn't stay there long because when you buy a pizza there,, the pay system wants a tip for only making a pizza. This shouldn't be a career position but a first job experience to learn from. I would like if Joseph make more in pay but the point of sale system Papa Murphy uses is a guilt system, not tip option. Papa Murphy asks for tips when you pay and for a service that only requires the employee one purpose; make pizza. Not delivering or cleaning up after the customer, or hauling around a bag of golf clubs for 18 holes. Just make pizza. Good for Papa Murphy's intrusting Joseph but, remove the tip thing when a customer pays with a card!
Joseph if you want to make more money their are other options like the electrician union who will pay you to learn a trade and make much better pay., or the labor's union (construction). Thank you for my favorite pizza!“

“Food is great but its all teenagers that work there so dont expect much for service. We stood at the front waiting for someone to seat us for 5 minutes with several other groups and the restaurant was pretty empty. I only saw a couple tables with people at them.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs I walk with a cane due to a broken back and had no problem going in or out and it was very impressed with the professionality of everyone that works there especially Jackson“

“Never had this happen before, but we ordered two medium pizzas and they were both missing a small slice. It looked like it had been cut out. I don't know if maybe they sliced the dough before they cooked it and put the toppings on and it split and as it was cooking? And also, two of the pieces on the olive pizza are different heights, suspicious that it may have actually come from different pizza? It doesn't make sense the two of those pieces would have risen higher than the rest of the pieces.“
