Drive thru staff can’t handle more than one order at a time. They won’t even take your order until they’ve handed food to the car ahead of you. Expect to wait a very long time during the lunch hour.
Double or triple the wait time they tell you to set realistic expectations within an hour of closing. My 10 min wait turned into 25 min.That said, they made up for this shortcoming in the delivered food. The food I received (12 wings, 6x sweet & spicy + 6x ghost pepper) looked as good as the pictures. I couldn't really taste a heat difference between the 2 (no real ghost heat), but they had delicious flavor.

This business is chronically understaffed, the manager needs to hire more people and pay them well enough to stay. For the year i've been at this base there has always been a 30 minute drive thru experience due to understaffing. If you had a 3 person team on the drive thru you could 10x your drive thru sales at lunchtime.Also your mac&cheese is always macaroni on a puck of cheese, not a fan
