My wife and I have had the opportunity to eat here many times over the last few years. Francks is incredible. The food is amazing. The combination of flavor, the presentation, the unique approach to the dishes, all of it is top shelf. Get the soup!
We go back for the meatloaf and fried chicken, but everything else we've tried has been excellent. Blueberry sauce on "meatloaf" (it's not ground beef, friends) is above and beyond. We tried the fondue this time and wanted to dip everything on the table in that cheese. I like the cozy atmosphere, and the waitstaff has always been attentive and helpful.
We had a good dining experience here. First, we started with the Preserved Heirloom Tomato Danish. A light, tasty appetizer with bold flavor. Next, we dined on the Artisanal Romaine Salad. Probably my favorite course. It is a heart of romaine lettuce moored to the plate and carved out like a canoe. Filled with pastrami, brioche, pickled onion, and a mild horseradish sauce.
