We found a cute little pastry shop right in the middle of downtown Holladay today! Apparently they have been in business for 50 years. Who knew? Display and decor is cute. The pastries, cakes, cookies and all of the baked goodies looked delightful. I asked the shop girl if I could just have one of everything! We bought a variety of items and they are all delicious. Not to die for delicious, but good. Shop is clean and inviting. Closed on Sunday and Monday.

Wow, this place is a little gem! The strawberry jam macrons, the chocolate palmiers, and the eclairs are a can't miss. The girl helping me was also super sweet and answered all my questions. They have discounted sweets by the door from the day before.

While this isn't a shiny new bakery, the fact that Leslie's had been around for decades speaks volumes about their consistency and quality. I will pass by many bakeries on my route there simply because they are so good. My English brother in law is very particular about sausage rolls. I always have to buy extra because it reminds him of home and devours Leslie's rolls at every visit. The almond ring, eclairs, and mini chocolate pineapple rum cakes are my go-to items...
