The chicken was great breast not dry all of the chicken was tender and juicy.And they didnt put too mtch salt in like KFC.Mashed potatoes had chicken gravy rather than brown gravy,which I liked very much..the rolls did not come with butter and no utensils or napkins.that was disappointing. The service was good direct and friendly. I expecred a cheap knockoff of kfc and the food was much better.
Robbie at Meier's catering was awesome to work with. I called many times and he was always pleasant and professional and patient. I would recommend Meier's for any catering job. the Tri Tip is out of this world.
Instead of going to Kentucky Fried Chicken go here. Chicken had a similar taste and spice to KFC but the sides were a much better quality. Not my favorite chicken in the salt lake city area. But a great stop before mountain picnics. Love th baked beans!
