Scoops are always inconsistent. One day my double looks like a single and the other day my single looks like a kiddie. Chocolate is delicious and the employees are always super friendly.
I'm from California... I visit the Utah area two or three times a year. I have kids that live there, I always go by Nelson's frozen yogurts and get myself a strawberry concrete. sometimes a sea salt caramel and occasionally a banana. never never have. I been disappointed. perhaps the best sweet treat around.... absolutely delicious! absolutely refreshing worth every penny.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. It is my favorite ice cream shop anywhere! Nowhere else can come close to the quality. Unfortunately, a few years back, they made a change from the chocolate chip hard shell to these dark chocolate chunks. The other Nelson‘s continue to have the hard shell so I don’t know why this one made the change. I sure miss the old style chocolate chips. It made for the best texture you could imagine!
