I’m really disappointed with this pizza place. Not only did I witness them wasting perfectly good pizza, but when I spoke up and suggested that food shouldn’t be thrown away, their response was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern respectfully, they continued to be rude and unprofessional in the matter and go to the lengths of viewing my social media profiles and responding rudely.
Food waste is a serious issue, and it’s disheartening to see a business treat it so lightly. Even more disappointing is the way they handled a customer’s feedback—with pettiness instead of professionalism. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, to a place that values both their food and their customers.

Pizza is amazing! Some of the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had. They are super fast. The only thing is it’s kind of a weird place to get to because they’re in the back in the basement of the building. Absolute hidden gem!

After hearing raves from friends and the internet, we decided it was time to see for ourselves. Everyone was right! The Neapolitan pizza was everything we hoped for. Fresh, hot, and delicious. We loved the easy table ordering and payment. The pizzas came out of the wood-fired brick oven and straight to our table. We arrived on a Monday right at 5pm and it was not busy. By the time we left at 6pm the tables were full. The service was excellent and the food worth raving about!

It's a pretty good dine in place for pizza. Personal pan pies that are a good size and taste great with soft crust. It's hard to find the first time with confusing parking but worth for the experience.

Ok. Just really feel like the basil is important and there's barely any. The pizza is so thin and the crust is black burned underneath so a whole pizza is like an appetizer for two.

We ordered pizza for pickup at 6 pm and the order said the order would be ready at 6:25. The order also said to make sure to pick it up promptly and eat it within 5 to 10 minutes, since that’s when they are the best. Well, we followed the first part of the instructions to a tee and got there a few minutes before 6:25. 15 minutes later, we were told that it would be 10 more minutes. 10 more minutes went by and we were told it would be another 10 minutes. At 5 minutes to 7, we were told it would be another 10 minutes and at that point we said forget it and asked for a refund. Would have loved to try this pizza but I know for sure that I will never return due to the poor service. We only ordered 3 dimples pizzas. I have never experienced such horrible service at a pizza restaurant before.

Pizza cotta a legna assolutamente fantastica. For those who don’t speak Italian, “Absolutely fantastic wood fired pizza”!
Perfect personal sized pizzas that are carefully crafted, tossed, and wood fired in their wood fired pizza oven trailer. My recommendation is to order the pizzas to go and head over to the park downtown Holladay to enjoy the views.
