Setup like a cafeteria- service was quick at each staging area for the various options and checkout was smooth. If you like a hint of German flavor, they have some menu items for you! I opted for the chicken and waffles and it was amazing! Well prepared, BIG portion and a perfect boost to recharge before getting back on the slopes! My fav lodge at Snowbasin. Wow I was blown away by the banana cream waffle cooked to perfection it tasted so light and fluffy w the perfect crunch. Certainly will be back to try all the options my teen son said “good just hits different up here” but in a good way. He got his standard chicken tenders and fries but I swear they were the best we’ve ever tasted.

Great place to stop for lunch when on the slops. Typically less packed than the other lodges. There can still be a 20 minute wait for food during the lunch rush hour, so best to plan for an early or late meal.
