That smothered burrito I had last night blew the competition out of the water. They make good food.

Korn Tacos by Ernesto serves delicious, flavorful food in a clean environment. The pollo tacos, asada and chicken tacos, quesa tacos, and flauta plate with red salsa are all amazing, with fresh, soft tortillas and plenty of red and green sauce. The torta is way bigger than expected, and the flan is also a standout. Portions are large, and prices are great, though some find the cost high for a taco truck. The meat is tender, juicy, and flavorful, but some dishes may need more seasoning, salt, onions, cilantro, or cheese. Drinks are authentic, made fresh daily from fresh fruit, and the horchata is made from rice and yummy vanilla. Everything is made to order and nice and fresh. The service is quick, sweet, kind, friendly, and wonderful, with a beautiful location under the blossoms in springtime at the Down the Road Food Truck Park in south Logan. It is a new favorite taco place, though one visit was just okay, but the friendly service encourages a return visit.
