Definitely not the “worlds best Philly”, the worlds most Average Philly at best. About 1/2 the meat that most phillys have on them. Stood at the front of the line for a good 10-15 minutes waiting to order and anther 20 minutes to get the sandwich.
Their food truck came to my work and served almost 100 of us. Despite the amount of people, they were very friendly and quick with the food! They had two young kids taking orders and serving the food with drinks who were both extremely proffessional, friendly, and hygenic. Very impressed! Their menu is limited to pretty much just a philly with your choice of cheese, but is very humorous and fun to read. Now for the food... The food was alright but the service is SO SLOW. I have waited over 40 minutes for my sandwich... AND I'M STILL WAITING. There is one woman working the grill and two younger girls that aren't doing much, all they are doing is filling fry sauce cups and taking orders. The wait is agonizing. I can't figure out why they don't have the food truck staffed better.If you hire this truck for an event, this WAIT is a real let-down and frustration.
