“We had a good laugh while waiting in line to order. This is a food truck ran by a husband and wife with a great sense of humor. You can tell they love what they do.We ordered the #0 with fries and the "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR" fry sauce. I'm going to talk about the fries and sauce real quick. OH MY GOSH!!!!! Best fries and fry sauce I've ever had! I want a to-go container filled to the brim with fries and give me all the fry sauce!The Philly was delicious and the cheese sauce was to die for! We gobbled it up and were so sad when it was gone. We definitely want to try more and asked how we can find them again in the future. They said The Food Truck League is like their pimp and we can always find them through there.We'll be back, Rickle's!“

“stopped at Smiths to get gas and they had a large Tamales sign. My wife told me we should try some tamales. I am very hesitant with food trucks in general and hard to find great tamales. I ended up getting 10 with two free split with the red and green. They gave me some red and green sauce. Tamales are excellent!!!! Green sauce is great not too much spice. The red sauce is so spicy it made my cheeks sweat and great flavor. I live in West Jordan so luckily I have family in Layton to get my tamale fix! Very friendly service as well. 5 stars all around!“

“We've been here twice and loved it both times! I tried the crunchy taco with steak, the street taco with chicken and the pee wee burrito with chicken. All of it was AMAZING! I think the chicken is my favorite of the meats but steak was good too. The pee wee burrito was still huge and the crunchy taco was probably my favorite! I will definitely be back!“

“This food truck was outside my daughter's school for the STEAM event today. We decided to grab some dinner after the event before we headed home. Three of us got the shrimp and my oldest got the potstickers. Everything was absolutely delicious! We only wish there were larger servings!“

“I stumbled upon this place in a parking lot. I convinced my wife to try it (she's not a food truck person) and she loved it! He let us sample the meat since she's not familiar with a lot of Mexican-type food which was nice. He also gives HUGE portions. He's not skimping on the meat and I appreciate it. Def worth the price and super nice guy. Recommend highly“
