“My far the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! We’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, and my biggest regret is not going sooner because wow…. The Bulgogi is my personal favorite because I love Bulgogi so I might be a little biased. But my boyfriend got the Manila and that one was equally as good! Overall, I don’t think you can have a bad sandwich here… I would highly recommend if it’s on your list of places to try!“

“I tried the steak, shrimp, and Al Pastor tacos last week, and they were delicious! And besides it’s taste, the tacos came with a lot of meat or shrimp in it which is not usual, especially with the shrimp. I hardly recommend any food truck or place, but you have to go try these! It’s a MUST! I come from Cali and It’s hard to find a great taco place, but this right here is by far one of my favorites out of 2 places now. Thanks for such yummy food!“

“This is my go to. I don’t think anywhere else cures hunger pangs or depression quite like here honestly. The shrimp tacos are absolutely delicious. Bizarre to think you’d find awesome seafood tacos in salt lake at a taco cart. But everything is good. Great lengua also!“

“Everything about having Umani cater my son's Wedding Weekend Welcome dinner outside The Peruvian Lodge was perfect! Santiago was easy to reach and communicate with and he was able to maneuver his amazing truck to the exact spot we wanted on the property. But most important, the food was yummy and abundant! Everyone loved the salad bar (see photo) and pizza offerings and many even loved the all you can eat aspect! Pricing was very reasonable, less than I would have spent at a walk in establishment. It was just such a fun vibe, I cannot recommend this option enough if you have a crowd to feed! Thank you Santiago and family!!!“
