“We went here because of the great reviews but had a little different experience. The four of us ordered cannelloni, Tuscan chicken pasta, a mushroom pizza, and chicken mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce. Everything was served at the same time, and it was all hot except the ravioli, which was barely warm. The cannelloni (two on the plate) were not pasta in any traditional sense, more like a crepe wrapped around the filling. The food was pretty good, not great, and overpriced in our opinions for the size of the portions, which were adequate but not generous, except for the pizza. It was of a good size. We asked for water and received Costco bottled water at $1.75 each. Our server did as well as she could, but she was the only person running the restaurant, including cooking. We left a decent tip because she earned it, but we will not go back.Edited after reading the owner's two responses (the first, apparently written in haste and anger, was appropriately deleted, but I have a screenshot) --In hindsight I raised the food and general ratings to four stars. As you can see in my review, most of my issues were not with food quality.In my many experiences with Italian restaurants through the years, I have never seen cannelloni served in crepes.Local restaurants generally offer the option of free tap water in glasses. It is not mandatory, and if we had read the menu more closely, we would have seen water listed among the drinks, an oversight on our part.Based on what I mentioned in the original review, and especially based on your first response, we are more committed than ever to not returning.“
“We planned to go here for my daughters birthday but of course when you make a plan with kids it never goes accordingly! My daughter ended up sick in stirs before we even got to eat our cereal and what felt completely chaotic and overwhelming as a mother was turned around quickly by who I assume was the manager Kim I believe was her name! She was outstanding making sure my daughter felt special even though she wasn't feeling well! She got us set up with a gift certificate to return and a sample cereal to try and some fun birthday beads! She made an extra special effort and I really really appreciated that!!!! More businesses need customer service that is like Kim! Thank you thank you from a stressed out mama! ❤“
“I'm just leaving this review BEFORE I got my food cause one I already love cupbop but two this was my first time at this location and LESLIE was killing it. No offense to the other two employees cause they seemed new but she was literally running circles around them. If it wasn't for her I promise you this location would be in big trouble with the amount of traffic it gets and obviously under employed. “It’s genuine and very good tasting. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza comes out hot. My only gripe is the portion. It tasted so good. I would literally have to buy like 2 1/2 pizzas to get full. That would cost me like $30 to get full. The pizzas are all personal size. I wish I could just pay like $13-$16 for a larger pizza that would fully satisfy my stomach. Atmosphere and service were good, not amazing but good.This is just a personal opinion but I think it would be awesome to offer some oil and vinegar for the crust to dip.I don’t want to sound too negative. “I've been here several times and always get the same thing. I got the combo bop with the rock chicken and tofu with a Korean corn dog. The food itself is really good but I am disappointed in the amount of toppings I got. There are only 4 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of chicken making it mostly rice and noodles. Hardly an cabbage either. I'm not sure if I ordered at a weird time but I was disappointing this time. Usually it's awesome. :( but I'm going to rate based on how it usually is- 4 stars“

We have a monthly meeting where the business fits the bill for lunch for all employees and this taco truck is one that all my employees specifically request come back. “I would have never thought sushi from a food truck would be good, but they had amazing food! We got the small tray, and it was more than enough for myself and my mom. The owner was super friendly, and they serve different flavored juices/water every day (we got the strawberry). The 3 cheese roll was my favorite, but the other rolls were up there. Great for large groups with 6-12 roll platters, and the price is fair for the portions ($50 for 3-4 servings).
