“Great service and very accommodating. The tacos were delicious and a perfect base for the amazing salsas & toppings. The habanero salsa is my personal favorite. It is reddish orange and has slightly creamy texture. It is definitely spicy so proceed with caution. All of the salsas were flavorful. The burrito was perfectly balanced and a generous portion. Great quality & great service! If you get the burrito they let you fill it up with the toppings before wrapping it up for you. A great addition to Summit County. I'm looking forward to trying the nachos and Birria tacos next time.“
“Some of THE BEST food we have had since moving to Utah 2 years ago from Texas!!! We were attending "Nights Under the Lights" at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium this past Friday night and decided to try their food truck.... It was Incredible!!!! We had the mixed plates and nachos. Our entire family loved!!! Tender chicken and the unique tastes were a huge surprise! We will definitely be stopping at their truck if we see it around again!!!“

“I tried it for the first time, I was satisfied... we ordered hamburgers and their meat was very good and juicy, the garlic sauce was delicious. I really liked that we ordered takeout and their packaging is in a paper bag and boxes, they thought of everything including the environment and it is a plus, I look forward to the opening of the restaurant.“
“We went here because of the great reviews but had a little different experience. The four of us ordered cannelloni, Tuscan chicken pasta, a mushroom pizza, and chicken mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce. Everything was served at the same time, and it was all hot except the ravioli, which was barely warm. The cannelloni (two on the plate) were not pasta in any traditional sense, more like a crepe wrapped around the filling. The food was pretty good, not great, and overpriced in our opinions for the size of the portions, which were adequate but not generous, except for the pizza. It was of a good size. We asked for water and received Costco bottled water at $1.75 each. Our server did as well as she could, but she was the only person running the restaurant, including cooking. We left a decent tip because she earned it, but we will not go back.Edited after reading the owner's two responses (the first, apparently written in haste and anger, was appropriately deleted, but I have a screenshot) --In hindsight I raised the food and general ratings to four stars. As you can see in my review, most of my issues were not with food quality.In my many experiences with Italian restaurants through the years, I have never seen cannelloni served in crepes.Local restaurants generally offer the option of free tap water in glasses. “It’s genuine and very good tasting. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza comes out hot. My only gripe is the portion. It tasted so good. I would literally have to buy like 2 1/2 pizzas to get full. That would cost me like $30 to get full. The pizzas are all personal size. I wish I could just pay like $13-$16 for a larger pizza that would fully satisfy my stomach. Atmosphere and service were good, not amazing but good.This is just a personal opinion but I think it would be awesome to offer some oil and vinegar for the crust to dip.I don’t want to sound too negative. “Taquiza Santana, has serviced our business on 3 separate occasions now. We have a monthly meeting where the business fits the bill for lunch for all employees and this taco truck is one that all my employees specifically request come back. Eddie who is the owner is awesome to deal with, shows up on time, food is absolutely killer delicious and reasonably priced and he pulls up right out back to our bay door and cooks right from there. “Stopped by and grabbed a quick bite. Service was friendly and quick, and pricing was super decent! Everything was delicious, we tried the sonoran and the cheesy one. “I would have never thought sushi from a food truck would be good, but they had amazing food! We got the small tray, and it was more than enough for myself and my mom. The owner was super friendly, and they serve different flavored juices/water every day (we got the strawberry). The 3 cheese roll was my favorite, but the other rolls were up there. Great for large groups with 6-12 roll platters, and the price is fair for the portions ($50 for 3-4 servings).
