Love the staff, food is amazing.
My first time to El Pollo Loco was not great at all. The counter was dirty and greasy. Our table was dirty. I ordered a Double Chicken Tostada Salad. They didn’t call my number on my receipt. The manager told me it was my order, even though I told her they didn’t call my number but she insisted it was my order.
