I went through the drive through and was irritated with the time it was taking to get my food. Any frustration I had was washed away once I got to the window to pay and get my food, I wish I had gotten the girls name because anyone with a customer service based business would love to have this working for them…. My husband and I come here a lot and normally really enjoy the food and service! But we came today, 12/7/23 and we ordered through the drive through. And the girl who took our order was very rude and off putting. We got our food very quickly, and I asked for the employee's name who took our order, because the girl at the window had no name on her name tag. Her name was Kaylee.The beef and broccoli, and orange chicken were great! But the chow mein and fried rice almost tasted...
All of the employees at this Panda Express location are 10 out of 10, I appreciate the service and just how friendly everybody is. Not to mention the most delicious orange chicken I’ve ever eaten. Y’all make my day sometimes! ?
