“The food was delicious. Kevin was so kind and helpful and gave us great recommendations. I really liked the bacon avocado chicken sandwich. My husband asked if it was possible to add avocado to his salad and they did so for no extra charge. We'll be back!“
“Don't let the names "sliders" and "tenders" fool you, the sizes are like normal sized chicken sandwiches. The chicken itself was crispy and juicy. The heat to spice levels are well explained. Service is friendly and knowledgeable on their menu items. The atmosphere is fun and casual.“
“Yummy! We both got their jumbo wing meals and tried the sweet red and golden soy sauces. We both liked the red sauce better of the two because we thought it was much more flavorful and tangy, although the golden soy was very good too. The chicken was so good and you get a very generous portion of fries and rice with it. We had to wait a while for our food but the cashier did give us a heads up and told us that they needed to fry the chicken and that it would be 15 minutes. I didn't keep track of how long we actually waited, but the food was well worth it!“
“I love going to this location because the staff there are great. The manager aka the guy with the green beard is always funny and welcoming. Also, the shift lead gentlemen is always pleasant at the drive thru window. They take my orders promptly and with care. The food was amazing too. I will highly recommend my friends and family to go to this location in America Fork because the team there is just incredibly awesome!“

“We had a $25 gift card from someone that we finally decided to use and only needed to spend an extra 10 cents after that. It was pretty good honestly. My daughter definitely enjoyed her nutella, banana, and whipped cream waffle — she nearly ate the entire thing! I got one of the chicken ones, which was also quite good, but it was supposed to have avocado on it and I’m pretty sure it didn’t have any.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables and chairs are crowded. I don’t think it would be very easy for someone in a wheelchair to get to any of the tables but the first few.“
“This isn't the first or last Pollo Loco store I'll visit; however, it will be the most memorable! Great customer service and excellent food quality.We stopped by this location twice, and during both visits, we were pleasantly surprised. Our chicken was perfectly cooked, not too burnt but perfectly charred. My pollo loco chicken bowl had the perfect ratio of ingredients. Some locations add too much rice and/or beans, but the ratio was perfect. The chipotle chicken burrito was delicious! Hard to believe the burrito was from a chain restaurant! The perfect amount of all ingredients. The avocado seemed to be freshly cut, and the chicken was very moist. The salsas tasted freshly made, including the pico.Everyone at the location was super friendly. I made a last-minute change to my order, and the employee who was helping me was so patient. Most fast food restaurant encounters are easily forgettable, but this location left a great impression. Such a friendly reminder of excellent customer service.Great job to everyone at this location ?
