Excellent food and even better service! The chicken gyro was flavorful and a big portion.
I asked for a “bowl” instead of a gyro with the pita. He gave me a salad (onion, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, Kalamata olives and feta) with chicken and extra tzatziki sauce on the side. It was perfect!

I use to go to this food truck when I was a student at BYU in the mid 2010s. I LOVED it! The old owner and I were at a first name basis, that’s how much I went. It has ruined every gyro I’ve had elsewhere because none can compare to this. I have since left Utah and today I was back in town and decided to hit up the new location in Lindon. It’s still as great as I remember. It is pricier since my college days, but I feel this gyro has a lot more meat than back in the day,...

This place was amazing! The person working was friendly and very helpful. The food was the best gyro I have had in years. The pita bread tastes homemade, as did the hummus. Now if the food truck would only move down closer to Springville….
