“This place is my new fave for incredible and quick snacks, cookies, pretzels etc and of course their yummy drinks! Addie at the Orem location helped my family and she was the sweetest, most attentive young lady! It was a difficult experience for me, with three small children who were all over due for a nap and I too was not in the greatest mood, but Addie was so great, incredibly patient, very knowledgeable about the drinks/ingredients I had questions about and she was so great with my children, totally turned their frowns into laughter with out missing a beat! I was truly in awe of her actually! Haha long story short, this place has great drinks and the service/certain employees are even better ! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because wow she is def the reason we will be back!“

“Speaking to the most recent negative review on the açaí base - this place has real açaí. Not an American smoothie blend with a tiny bit of açaí in it, this is actual Brazilian açaí. This is the closest I have found to the açaí my family and I grew up having in Brazil. If you are looking for a more authentic taste, come here.“

“Went back today for the first time in a while and was kind of surprised that a 16 oz smoothie before tip and having no add-ins was almost $9. Smoothie was good and service was fast, but had to give 4 stars for the pricing reason. I know things are expensive these days but I don’t think I can justify spending that on a small drink, maybe it would be justified if it was organic, but all well. Overall the service and taste is good, but will probably be learning how to make good smoothies at home.“

With being able to choose the sweetness of the drinks. They have the best customer service! Very polite and willing to give recommendations.
My nephew doesn't like most drink places and will down a whole Galaxy Tea in no time.

“Friday night finished a workout and was going to go to home and crash but then…got a hankering for a burger. Was looking for a decent burger spot and lo and behold…CHOM.

Biked down to the spot (they have bike racks - so already a plus in my book). The decor and ambiance seem like a great spot to grab a burger with some family and/or friends.

Walk in, music selection isn’t bad and look at the wall screen menu. Riley was at the cashier and hooked it up nicely. My order: pastrami and Swiss burger with regular fries.

Took a minute for the food to come out BUT definitely worth the wait. Definitely paid a bit more than the usual chain burger spot but THIS…was art. When I went to pick up the burger, the pillowy softness of the bun immediately grabbed my attention. The burger was structured in a way where nothing slipped out while I was eating it…NOTHING SLIPPED OUT! The fries…OMGOSH the fries…crispy and crunchy but with that pleasant chewiness and perfectly seasoned. I will say now that I know about this place just down the road from me…I will have to practice restraint.

10/10 would recommend.“

“I must shout out to the gentleman (I do not know his name - he has ash/blond, longer hair and such a cute smile) working the drive-up window this morning (12.29.25) absolutely made my ENTIRE day!! He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! If anyone knows this man's name, I would love to call him out directly. Thank you 'Dutch Bros. Hero of the Day' - you are the reason I choose DB over everyone else! - xoxo“

I recommend the Maui Mango and Bubblegum flavors. They are absolutely delicious, and the bubblegum in particular was very creamy.

I do not recommend pineapple, because it tastes more acidic than I would prefer for ice cream. But that's just my opinion.

I was not able to try the shaved ice, and my recommendations only apply to the 3 ice cream flavors I tried. While 2 out of 3 flavors were great and one fell short, I still give this establishment 5/5 stars for convenience, variety, and location.
