The Logan Cafe Rio location has some of the best employees I have come across compared to other locations. It doesn't matter if it is lunch or dinner rush, the food prep area is always clean and orderly and the line moves quickly.
Was a bit loud, but is was very busy.. still had fast service
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE. The last few times we have (we have kids so ordering online seems like a good idea) and it gets worse every time. Today we were walking around nearby so we got to the restaurant and ordered online at 11:45 - it was not busy at all. The app said it would be done by 12:00 but we didn’t get our food until 12:30. Everyone else who ordered online had to wait at least 20 mins past when the app said it would be ready. People going through the drive thru...read full review
