“It amazes me how often this McDonald's messes up my order. I don't think it can be fixed.
Just a quick update nothing much has changed since this original review.
Update 9/30/2024 - I've transitioned to using the mobile app and since that change service has been impeccable!“
“I ordered breakfast on the app, and was in the drivethru line 10 minutes before 10:30. The Subaru two cars in front of me took 5 minutes to order, and I ended up at the speaker at 10:33. The person taking orders was super unhelpful, and said all he could do was cancel it and make a lunch order for me. Fortunately, the shift manager at the 2nd window worked with me and got me my food without making me leave the line and go in the store.
The breakfast at this McDonald's is really good, and I'll keep coming back. But, I think they should honor breakfast orders that were made in the app. If they can't honor those orders, then the app shouldn't let you order at that location in the 30 minutes beforehand.“
