We've been here a few times and, usually, it's been pretty good. Not this evening.
We were about the 3rd vehicle back in what became a long line. Nothing special ordered (ranch burger with onion rings anda strawberry shake, 2 mushroom swiss burgers with fries and sodas). Once at the window, we paid immediately but it literally took about 10 minutes to get our food... after waiting in line already. Definitely not fast food.

Tonight was the second time I went and ordered a small butterfinger hot fudge shake. It is also the second time that three or four bites in I found like an inch long plastic thread in my ice cream. Almost like fishing line. the first time we let it go. Stuff happens but there is clearly a problem with either the fudge, butterfinger or ice cream. I am thinking it is the fridge or the butterfinger because there was nothing in my hubby's shake.
Delicious food and great customer service.

The restaurant is impressively clean, with tables shining, and employees regularly checking for cleanliness. Orders are taken quickly, with a smile, and special requests are happily accommodated. The food is tasty and served warm, with delicious ice cream as a perfect ending to the meal. A revisit is definitely in order to experience the great service and delicious food again.
