This was something completely out of their control, and they made the situation better for the customer. Good customer service goes a long way!“

“I've had problems with this store before but my last experience today was great; I order online, the 4.99 2 piece meal with a biscuit and mashed potatoes, drove straight there and my order was ready and the food was great! “I came when it was slow, yet they were out of an item that I wanted. I substituted something else. The food was good. I went to get ice cream and was told that, too, was out. I find it funny that I was still charged the full price for the meal but was not allowed to have the full dinner.“
