Firehouse Subs Reviews
Wow... I don't like leaving negative reviews, but tonight, they earned it. I was in there for 15 minutes waiting for my online order. When my order was FINALLY done, I grabbed it and walked out, biting my tongue about their ineptitude and rudeness. The girl then says, in a snotty,...read full review
The staff was astonishingly rude. When ordering 12 sandwiches for my family, I came in to pick them up. After sitting there patiently, then politely asking after 10 minutes if they were ready, the staff member decided to take out his bottled up anger on me. Firehouse Subs Ft Union is a welcoming restaurant with a clean environment and friendly employees. The Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket is a highlight, described as "deliciously mouthwatering," and the gluten free roll tasted great, making it a good choice for gluten-free customers. The restaurant offers a variety of hot sandwiches, including the popular cheesesteak and the special Thanksgiving turkey sandwich, which some find flavorful despite occasional ingredient preferences. Service is generally great, and staff are attentive to allergy restrictions, explaining how they prevent cross contamination, especially for celiac customers. Visitors may experience some wait times during busy periods, but overall, the restaurant provides a satisfying dining experience with good flavors and portions.
