They’re always friendly, the food is always fresh and consistently taste excellent.
I have picky cats who I don’t normally give table scraps to, but if I give them some of the meat from the hook and ladder, for example, they will eat it and look for more. This says a lot to me because if I get lunch meat from the deli or another sub shop, they sniff it and move on.🤣

Normally, I love this place. Today, it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. It wasn't busy when I arrived. I'm done tipping anywhere that asks for a tip before I get served. To make matters astronomically worse, they put a pickle in with my sandwich after I begged them not to!

Amazing for gluten free folks! The service for allergy restrictions was awesome! I’m celiac and they explained how they prevent cross contamination. I so appreciated that! The gluten free roll tasted great too! New go to sandwich shop!
