Came here with my mom and we both really enjoyed our meal! We ordered the original pork bone soup and the fungus mushroom chicken rice noodle. Both were very delicious, but I personally liked the mushroom chicken more. The original was light and refreshing while the mushroom was full of flavor and tasted more like a soup to me. We ordered the Hot and Sour Pickled Pepper Soup and the Szechuan Pepper Soup. Both were very good! Neither was particularly spicy, but both broths had great layered flavors. The noodles had a nice texture and weren’t too mushy. Since all the toppings come in separate little bowls, you can choose if there’s anything you don’t want to put in. Great food!
I ordered the A3 original pork broth with ramen noodles. The noodles were high quality and the toppings were fresh. But man the broth had no flavor. I was expecting really big things and was thoroughly underwhelmed. It needed significant additions of soy sauce, salt, hot chili oil, and Sriracha to gain some flavor.
