HOLY BBQ! This is some of the best BBQ I've had in a VERY long time! The Hot Mess brisket loaded baked potato is next level! The pulled pork and chopped brisket are tender, full of flavor, and extremely moist. The funeral potatoes were a little dry for my taste, but my husband loved them and the baked beans were good. After an exhausting 14 hr drive found these guys food truck at the side of a small Utah town....Look ya’all this was as good as any Texas bbq I’ve had; Absolutely outstanding food and the owners blessed us with alittle extra and a side for our growing family after casually shooting the breeze about getting stuck in the side of the road...

**FYI as of 3/13/24, this is a food truck** I’m not sure if it used to be a brick and mortar or inside a Chevron or what, but it’s definitely part of a food truck gang currently so don’t be confused like we were when trying to find it! Regardless, it was awesome BBQ and the guy working was awesome. We would go back without hesitation.
