We absolutely love this place for boba — it’s our go-to spot and the drinks are always great! But we’ve had a pretty consistent issue that’s hard to ignore. Almost every time we come in (probably 6 times now), we’re told they’re out of boba. Tonight we asked why, and the employee said we “always come in too late.” The thing is, it was only 7:00 PM — they don’t close for another two hours. The atmosphere of this business is great! I love the decor and fun photo wall. It was very loud so some soundproofing is needed. I also felt so bad for the employees! We went in on a Tuesday night around 7:30 PM and it was slammed. They needed more help for sure. Because of this experience we ended up waiting 20+ minutes for 1 drink which does not make me want to come back. The drink was good. It was not the best I’ve had but it was not horrible either.
