“We were looking through the options in Moab for a good quality, freshly made burger for take out and these guys popped up. Everything was great. Fresh ingredients, some interesting meats and toppings, a good toasted bun and tasty, thick - but not too thick - seasoned fries. Friendly staff. Recommend! Note, it’s a food truck, so you might want to call to check their location.“

“The food and atmosphere is very good. We ordered the halibut and ribeye special, along with two of the drinks on special. We were a bit surprised that each cocktail cost $48. We most likely would not have ordered it if we knew. However, our fault for not asking the price of the drink on special beforehand.“

“The place has potential, the giant dinosaur statues outside drew our attention. We didn’t pay for the park entrance fee, it was a bit pricey. Between two families we have 8 kids from 3 yrs old to 12 yrs old. We did get food from the cafe it was reasonable. Service was fast for how much we ordered.“

“Very cute and friendly spot! Our Kokopell panini was excellent! The side of house made coleslaw (vinegar based dressing) was just the right accompaniment! Large assortment of baked goods. Tried the huge KitKat cookie, which did not disappoint!“

“After several days of hiking, and eating freeze dried meals, we went into Moab and scoped out the local restaurants. Josie Wyatt’s had good reviews and for good reason. We were absolutely blown away by the service and quality of food. 10 out of 10 would revoke. My wife had the steak, I had the fish and chips. Probably the best fish I’ve ever had. The grilled asparagus was absolutely amazing.“

“Great food!! Andy was the best waiter anyone could ask for, the man knew his food like nobody else and was such a friendly and funny guy. This man needs a raise!!! You hear me Andy’s boss? He needs a raise. Everyone should be looking and asking about Andy. Overall great food and even greater waiter, this man is amazing at his job!“

“Mickey came over when we first sat down and just blew us away! My husband and I looked at each other and couldn’t even believe the AMAZING service we had just received. Not lying, he is the best server I have EVER had. Best place we have eaten in Moab. GET THE SWEET POTATO FRIES! Everything was really good and we had multiple people ask how we were doing that weren’t even our server. And no joke Mickey was the s****“
