“We first discovered this quesadilla truck nine years ago, and it left such a lasting impression that we’ve talked about it ever since. After nearly a decade, we finally made it back—and let me tell you, it was even better than we remembered. From the first bite, it was clear: this isn’t just food, it’s a flavor experience. The tortillas are perfectly crisped, the cheese is melted to gooey perfection, and the fillings—wow. Whether you go for classic or bold, every bite is packed with fresh, mouthwatering ingredients. It’s comfort food at its absolute finest. You can taste the love, the skill, and the tradition in every bite. This is hands down the best quesadilla you will ever find, and your taste buds will absolutely thank you. If you’re anywhere near this food truck—GO. And if you’re not, it’s worth the trip. We waited nine years to come back, and it was worth every single day of the wait.“

“Hands down best Mediterranean food we have eaten! We got the Tea, Za’ttar, Hummus Fattah w/ ground beef (mouth watering delicious) served with fresh pita bread. For our main course we had the Mediterranean bowl and Mediterranean steak. The baklava is a must order for dessert!! I wish they had this location in NC- I’d eat there all the time 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼“

“Very cute and friendly spot! Our Kokopell panini was excellent! The side of house made coleslaw (vinegar based dressing) was just the right accompaniment! Large assortment of baked goods. Tried the huge KitKat cookie, which did not disappoint!“

“Had the noodle bowl, salad bowl, and vegetarian deviled eggs. All were amazing! As a Cali tourist, we're used to great food. This restaurant could be in SF. Wait staff were cool and prices were reasonable. Good vibe. Fun music piped in. Eat here. You won't be disappointed!“

“Dang good hot dogs. Dog falls off the bun 2” on each side and the poppy seed bun is to die for. Forget eating with your hands. You need a knife, fork and 6 napkins.“

“Tacos were flavorful and delicious. We loved the pork belly and fish tacos the most. Beans and rice were a bit underwhelming, not very much flavor. Guac had lots of lime and spice, the way I like it. Husband thought the margarita was a bit sweet but it’s definitely a great value. Would come back for the pork belly alone!“

“If you leave Moab without stopping at the Red Rock Bakery and Cafe, you will have missed a truly unique taste experience. Every single thing we ordered was an "ahhhhh moment"! Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte, Cookies, Homemade Sausage and Provolone Quiche (the special of the day) and a carefully crafted bagel/roll creation with cheeses, onions, sausage, eggs, and spices that hit ALL the savory spots!! (Also the special of the day) I would definitely recommend buying a whole loaf of any home baked bread they offer. ...Just wow! Thanks, ladies. You made our Day!“

“I was thoroughly excited about trying this place as I love Italian food and can eat more pasta than most people can lift! The menu and food did not disappoint! My salad and main course were delicious! My issue was with service. Not a matter of friendliness- everyone was genuinely welcoming. This is one of those restaurants where your order is taken by a “server” but a different person delivered my salad and still another staffer brought my main course… And then I was ignored. Had trouble remembering my “server’s” face when I got up to walk the dining room in an effort to find her… I wanted dessert; anticipated tiramisu as I sat amid my dirty dishes, but after sitting close to a half hour, I lost the yen. “Very busy night… l had a lot of tables outside” was the less than satisfactory reason for my relegation to invisibility…“

“Great food!! Andy was the best waiter anyone could ask for, the man knew his food like nobody else and was such a friendly and funny guy. This man needs a raise!!! You hear me Andy’s boss? He needs a raise. Everyone should be looking and asking about Andy. Overall great food and even greater waiter, this man is amazing at his job!“

“Absolutely awesome, authentic Thai food! We went for an early dinner after visiting Canyonlands. My wife is Celiac and must eat gluten free...she had the Green Curry and it was outstanding! My Panang Curry was delicious, as was my daughter's Drunken Noodles and son's Chicken Verde (pasta with green curry). Service was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. It was so good, we went back the next night after visiting Arches National Park and sat outside in their adorable courtyard! This time, they prepared the Drunken Noodles gluten-free, which was amazing. The kids loved the pho and the shumai, and even the Thai Cucumber Salad was delicious. I highly recommend Arches Thai!“

“November 2025: from someone who doesn’t really care for “smoked” flavors this was amazing. From the loaded Bloody Mary with brisket tips to the amazing service. I highly recommend checking it out. There’s a dog friendly patio, a family friendly side and a separate bar side. Will be back!“
