“The 4 stars are for the girls working behind the counter. If based on the 'manager', there would be 1 star. How dare she belittle the employees in front of customers. Especially over one piece of cheese placed wrong. The employee was embarrassed. This manager needs to have some serious customer service training. The other two girls were fabulous!”

“I stopped by here once every couple of months and get the pork enchilada plate. It’s always consistently good. The pork is tender with green chilies and corn tortillas, beans, and rice.”

“Me and my boyfriend went to Arby’s and man to be honest the girl that took our order and gave us our food was so sweet. When you go to fast food restaurants you rarely get a smile or a sweet compliment from workers but this girl knew what she was doing. “This is probably my favorite place. I crave their pork chop dinner. Anytime we are traveling through Nephi. I insist on stopping even if we have to do "to go". After Covid, it was one of the first places we visited to help me feel normal again. Definitely comfort food!”

“We were staying the night in Nephi, and passing through the next day. We placed our order while on the freeway, 20 minutes out. We got there and the pizza was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the store was adorable. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I have to look at the bright side. I’ve ran businesses and trying to run a fast food business in a small town is not an easy task. My recommendation for people traveling and eating fast food in a small town must be patient. You don’t know their Circumstances. They have a hard time keeping employees much less good employees including managers. When they lack managers it’s overwhelming to the the employees. They can only do the best they can till all positions are filled. Small towns my take a little longer to get organized. If the store was in a big city you’d have something to really complain about. I was just at the store in Nephi and they’re doing great considering the circumstances. However it was clean and they had great customer service. The customers seemed very satisfied as well. I didn’t see anyone complaining. Good luck Nephi Wendy’s employees keep on with the good work and keep on smiling. Don’t let anyone discourage your work ethics.”

“Basic sandwich off the highway. Quick service to get you back on the road. Inside a gas station, dine in experience would just be to take a break from your car. There is seating in there. Nothing special but nothing bad.”

“Most of the time only the cheeseburger is any good. But I seldom get it with onions or lettuce so it has to be made fresh. I almost always stop when traveling south or back home. Wish the one in hometown was still open.”
