Based on the reviews, Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill uses fresh type ingredients. However, the service is often lacking and extremely slow, with no sense of urgency. The staff seemed new and afraid to give ample choices, though some employees like Cole Harper were fantastic and kind. The restaurant inside is fine, but the drive thru has extremely long wait times of 30+ minutes. The ice machine was broken, there were no straws, and carryout food was cold with no heat lamps. Customers recommend Cafe Rio instead.
