App wouldn't take our order. Said the store was closed. Doesn't tell you until you've got through the effort of assembling the order and try to submit. Called in to place a pickup order over the phone. Was told to order online or come in. Upon arriving, slow service, even though few people in line. Most of the staff was probably working the drive through. Out of steak. No ice in the ice dispenser.
Fast and friendly at the drive through, got order perfet!
Food was good but the staff were not friendly and when asked to repeat what they said (I am partially hearing impaired) they seemed annoyed.

The staff seemed new and afraid to give ample choices, though some employees like Cole Harper were fantastic and kind. The restaurant inside is fine, but the drive thru has extremely long wait times of 30+ minutes. The ice machine was broken, there were no straws, and carryout food was cold with no heat lamps. Customers recommend Cafe Rio instead.
