“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. Still too much $$ for boba, but goodness, it is tasty!“

“What started as a boba obsession turned into one of our favorite take out place in UT. We ordered DoorDash one night and fell in love so much we went and picked it up the next night. The chicken fried rice is the kind you search for until you find THE one. The boba isn’t too sweet and they give the right amount of boba. After the owner took the time to respond so courteously to my review, I decided to give them another chance. Keera and Indigo assisted me and truly took the time to listen to my previous experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their empathy and dedication to great customer service. I also tried the mango sticky rice that’s been trending on TikTok—and it did not disappoint! Thanks to how well these ladies treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I visited this place based on a recommendation that they had great drinks and was looking forward to a good experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.

When I walked in, I asked for a recommendation, and the girl who helped me was friendly and suggested the “Milky Way,” describing it as similar to a root beer float with soft serve ice cream. However, when I received the drink, it didn’t include any soft serve.

I went back to clarify, and another girl with green hair told me that the first employee didn’t say it came with soft serve, only that it could be added. I ended up paying extra to have it added, hoping that would improve the drink.

Unfortunately, it still didn’t taste good. After just a few sips, I politely asked if I could swap it for something else. The response I received was dismissive—the girl told me, “You drank half of it and didn’t have a problem with it before,” which wasn’t true. I hadn’t even finished a third of it and was only trying to see if the added soft serve would help the flavor.

As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed by both the miscommunication and the customer service. I had high hopes based on the recommendation, but sadly, I won’t be returning.“

My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. One employee noticed her struggle and immediately made her a new drink, an extra free one for me and gave her a promotional gift card without hesitation. “Drive thru service is always quick and servers are always knowledgeable about the drinks. Today I saw the summer menu gone and replaced by new fall drinks. The server told ke she had tried them all and was able to give me her take on everything and why the Cinnamon water was better with flat vs bubbly sparkling water. I took her recommendation and the drink was SO GOOD!!! Cant wait to come back for another!“

I do recommend them as they have the options to adjust the sweetness and also the ice. A bit pricey compared to other boba shops but it’s good to have it once in awhile

“THE BEST Poke bowl I've had, outside of Maui. All fresh ingredients. Their masube and miso soup are pretty darn good as well. I'll be going back soon.“

First the Food. Everything is freshly made, hot, and very good. I've had the chicken, steak, and salmon teriyaki, all of which are fantastic. The plates are massive, and I often have lots of leftovers. The smaller bowls are also a full meal, and often what I order. The drinks are made fresh as well, and I am fond of the Thai Tea and Sakura Coffee. The Boba is fresh made and hot, which makes for a really fun and unique experience, with the ice cold beverage and warm Boba. Its a treat!
Their sushi is also fairly good.

The staff is great. The owners are extremely nice, and very helpful.

The restaurant is small, but well taken care of. Its clean, bright, and not too loud.

“As I always do at every poke place I've been to, I created my own bowl. While they were scooping the protein/fish, I was disappointed. The scoops were very small, like 2 to 3 pieces of fish per scoop. However, I was very happy with the finished product! After diving into my bowl did then I understand why the scoops were so small. It was because the fish cuts were much bigger than usual! Each piece of sashimi was quite large. I was very happy they had kale noodles as a base. All in all, yummy food and good experience. Servers were good, place was clean.“

Tried out Backstreet Boba and we had a great experience! This boba shop has a good variety of milk teas, smoothies, slushies, lemonades, fruit teas and matcha. There is also fresh made food and snacks to choose from as well! We tried their crunchy mochi from another event and will have to come back and try more of their food.

We got a standard brown sugar milk tea and it was as expected. The staff were friendly and the store was clean, great experience!
