Food:
We're vegan and LOVE this plane! Ompossible Goyoza, Impossible Buns, Seaweed Salad, Flying V Harvest, its all delicious! Cant wait to come back to try the Impossible Rice Bowl next. Yum!

Service:
Ethan has been our waiter both times we've come now in 3 days (I told you we loved it) and he is so sweet.

Atmosphere:
You sit next to people (normal asian custom) and we've had the pleasure of speaking...

Second time coming here in a week and couldn't resist another delictible flying v harvest vegan ramen that is to die for. Great purple haze sake that was warm and sweet. But the best part is how kind the staff is. Especially Ethan. He's been out server twice and he's probably the nicest guy ive met in Utah.
