There was not much to say with it being a grab-and-go food service. But there were some aspects that made the quick trip a bit difficult.
I ordered a box of bites, and it had the pretzels within it. Although the server decided to input the cream cheese that we ordered within the box. About 4-6 cream cheese packets filled a portion of the box. In truth, everyone would want to have what they paid for and have a box FULL of pretzels, not cream cheese.

I love walking into the mall by Dillards and smelling the department store smell mixed with fresh bread smell. It's the best. I have enjoyed the service I have received here my last few visits. The employees have been very attentive, polite, and kind. Someone is always moving, prepping, or cleaning something. I love seeing that! Well done Pretzelmaker staff! And the food is always delicious!
I paid with cash and the kid that made my pretzel didn’t Even change his gloves after when he made my pretzel! I should’ve said something, but I thought it goes through the oven so maybe it’s OK but I really kind of grossed me out!
